How long will a Session Last?
A normal treatment session will last for approximately one hour.
For maintenance of health, treatments are recommended once or twice a month (more if desired).
For more serious health problems, treatments can be done more frequently.

Will a Treatment Tickle or Hurt?
Reflexology does not tickle. While the feet or hands are being massaged, there may be some slight discomfort, but this is fleeting and is the result of illness or damage to a part of the body.

Is Reflexology safe/suitable for everyone?
Reflexology is generally beneficial for everyone, from young babies to people in their '90's.

Can children have Reflexology Treatment?
Yes. They usually love it and respond well.

Do you have to have a specific condition to have Reflexology Treatment?
No. An increasing number of people are using this safe, natural therapy as a way of relieving tension. It brings the body into balance and so it can be effectively used as a preventative measure to ensure good health.

What will I need to wear for a Reflexology Treatment?
You can wear anything you find comfortable - all you will need to remove before a treatment will be your footwear including tights/socks.

My Finchley Clinic is at: Creighton Avenue, Finchley, N2
Sessions take place on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings.

My New Malden Clinic is at: Oxford Crescent, New Malden, Surrey,
Sessions take place most weekdays.

How much does a Reflexology Treatment cost?
Costs are:

£ 30.00 for adults (approximately one hour session)

£155.00 per course of six sessions

£ 15.00 for children (approximately forty minutes session)
